I'm gonna paint the rear valance black. What do I do to prep the paint. I'm thinking some superfine sand paper, then wipe it down with alcohol?

Why don't you try plastidip? Couple guys have used it and loved it.

Ha, I did, but when I went to pull the masking tape off, it pulled up the PD! It did look good though, Is there a secret to using masking tape with this stuff?

I was using that Green Frog stuff, maybe I didn't let it dry long enough.

Peel it off when its still a little wet. I made the mistake the first time, I waited for it to dry completely and it rip the PD off. Peel it when it is still a little wet.

Well, I used 400 grit to rough the paint, then primed it and painted it. I also tinted the side markers and third brake light. Oh yeah, new gas door.
