ok so i am in a predicament.....my ford dealership has a brand new 2013 shelby gt500 20th anniversary edition mustang (fully loaded with svt performance package, nav, shaker pro system, dark blue stripes on top of white paint, and all its missing is window tint). I love my 2012 shelby and not entirely sure if i should take a leap at the new one....its a great car and all, plus i know its my decision. any input if its a good choice? thanks everyone

The 13's are just down right nasty from the box, and the add on components make the hp crazy. but I am a builder and I like to fiddle with things and keeping things stock just isn't in my vocabulary haha. if it's right for you jump on it but for me i'd put the extra money that you would put on the 13 INTO the 12... my 2 cents

Ah...ok. I see where you are coming from. So the $30,000 difference i could just throw into more parts for mine? Hmmmm....guess I could turn mine into a super snake with that amount of money

You definitely would have a monster if you threw that money into the 2012. But I am partial to the 13s. The trinity v8 is an absolute marvel of engineering. Just a few bolt ons an a tune and ur over 750 to the wheels. If your looking for raw power the money in the one you have will give you more, but the new one is just sick. Wow I guess you do have a predicament lol.
