sputtering

i dont know how it started but whenever i hit the gas, the car seems to sputter and run very rough until about 3000 rpms and it feels like it has no power at all. but once it hits 3000 i get a kick of power and then everything seems normal. i checked all my vacuum lines and fuel pressure is normal. my intake is clean and the MAF is fine. could this have something to do with O2 sensors? anyone have any ideas? thanks

Do you have CATS? Sometimes when they get clogged you loose power and feels like your loosing gas then you can rev it and seems normal

nope, no cats, just long pipes, borla x-pipe, and mufflers
