Subwoofer install.

Damn, a what should have been 2 hour install for 2 12s in my truck took 8 hours, and all i did was run an amp kit and a rca converter, everything went wrong, ford just so happen to put wack ass colors as speaker wire and not label them, and then since when was a fuse box not labeled. but if anyone needs help, i got you cover i think i have it all memorized by now. all in all by doing it yourself and not having it done professinally you will save 100 bucks.

From what it sounds that hundred woulda saved you time and a headache! Post up some pics of your instal.

yeah, but the more you know the better off you are, and i will get some on here once i hide all the wires, but i will tell you now, 2 12 inch jackhammers by mtx with a shaker 500 system in pretty amazing.

I have 2 12" kicker comps sitting in my garage just waiting to be instaled in my stang. Not sure if I want a rear seat delete and hook them up in the back or just put them in the trunk.

i got 2 12" jl w3's if u put them in ur trunk make sure u dyno mat ur trunk or it will rattle like no other trust me mine rattles and i can still hear it even when i have my music up loud it didnt rattle at first but it will as for the install the ppl who did the install did a crappy job i gotta figure out how to install my subs so they dont move around because their idea at first didnt work what ever u do dont do brackets it will tear up things my amp got installed on my backseat so i just keep my seats down if you end up getting things professionally installed DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO CAR AUDIO ONE IN IMPERIAL BEACH!!!!!! they have no idea wtf their doing and they sell faulty products..... anyway good luck to everyone who is gettin the installs done i know how to do some of it just not all of it so i probably wouldnt be much of a help

I have always installed my own systems, I am just not in a big hurry my subs and amp have been sitting for awhile. Shoot I still have my stock radio. Ben I will let you know when or if I ever decide to instal them. thanks

Does it show up in haynes book? I use mine for everything its very used in abused lol. I plan on replacing my stock speakers but no amps or subs. Want to keep it light for track
