2195 and 2197 codes

2004 Mach 1 with K&N CAI, BBK O/R Xpipe, and flowmaster 40 series. The rear O2 sensors arent connected so I throw those codes too. But, the car runs a little rich???? (too much fuel) smells terrible when at a light. But those codes say too lean.... should I put the catted pipe back on and reconnect the rear O2 sensors and see if that cures the problem? There is only a stock tune on the car.
