Just wanted to share a negative experience with ordering a part from www.blueovalindustries.com. Last Monday, I ordered a FRPP part. I made an instant payment via Paypal. Didn't get any order confirmation, acknowledgement for over 24 hours. So today I called them up just to get status on my order. I made this phone call at about 10 AM eastern time. When I called up the main number a male voice answered, "hello" and not the name of the company. I told this person I had placed an order a few days ago and haven't heard anything via email on it. All of the sudden this individual goes off on me and yells, "YOU ONLY ORDERED THIS ITEM TWO DAYS AGO, SO IT HASN'T BEEN SEVERAL DAYS." I told this person that I consider anything over 2 days I refer as a few days. Then this individual says, "LOOK, OBVIOUSLY WE AREN'T DOING OUR JOB HERE AND I AM JUST GOING TO CANCEL YOUR ODER." I informed this individual I was in no hurry for my part and just wanted status on delivery. This person continued to yell at me and was telling me to give him a break. So in the end, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!

I have heard something like this in the past about this company. I can't remember whether it was from another member from here or from another forum. Was is hoosierstang that had a problem with their customer service?

yeah ive heard the same thing in other forums, the guy acts like a complete dbag, wonder how he still gets business. he will never see a penny from me though. if ts a ford part try tousley ford, they are always cheaper than anywhere ive found
