Encinitas Cruise Night

I just got a call from the organizers from the Encinitas Cruise Night and asked if we would like to have spots reserved for our club. The spaces will be right on the 101. He can get us a prime spot for August 15th or September 19th. Show starts at 5:30pm on the third Thursday of the month. I need to know ASAP , I need to give him a call back in the next couple of days, he's holding it for us before he open it up to others. Let me know who is interested in going and I will tell him how many spots to reserve.

This is a great opportunity for us and its not very often us "Modern Muscle" gets some love in a primarily classic car show and its a great to get a lot of exposure for our club. I'm sure some of the members from the north county would be interested in this. A few of us has been to this show in the past and it is a pretty huge thing. So, let me know and looking forward to the response.

I will let everyone know which date, August or September, once I respond to him.

I'm thinking of calling him back and having him reserve 10 spots for us. But I'll wait for more response in case we need more. But please, respond by the end of this weekend.

I contacted the organizer and I told him to reserve 10 spots for us. He said he can give us a couple of months. So I asked for July and August and he said that should not be a problem. He will send me a confirmation on the two dates, but it should be July 18th and August 15th. I will post it on the calendar as soon as I received the confirmation on the two dates.

Cruise time is 5-8pm. We may need to get there by 4:30 so we can get into our spots, it will get busy as the show start time gets nearer. I will set up a meeting spot so we can all cruise up together. Stay Tuned.
