Well Guys I want to say goodbye to each and every one of you. I had a great time the last few years in San Diego with Wickedstangs. I am now car less and have to work this weekend so I will not see many of you before I leave. I will see you on the Forum for sure and if your ever in my area of the WA woods you better stop in and say hello. I would really like to give a special thankyou to Albert and his family. They realize how hard it is to be away from family and friends. I turned my house in last month and took my family to WA. Well when I got back they open there arms and hearts to me and let me live with them like I was part of the family. I didnt feel out of place at all sitting around the living room playing video games with the boys or hanging out with there daughter. We had alot of reg family nights sitting around watching TV lol. Its very hard to be away from family and to be on the ship away is even worse. So I want to say THANK YOU so much Albert for taking me in and helping me out. It really made the month fly by almost to the point I didnt want to go back to the ship but I know in just a couple days I will be back with my family. If you ever need anything let me know ok. You are a true Friend.
I also want to say thanks to Donna. When I called at spur of the moment to have her and Eric pick me up from airport after dropping my family in WA her and Eric where there for me. They just said no problem and Eric was there at airport. I stayed with them as well and they let me eat dinner a few times. Donna also helped me out when it came to cleaning my house and doing my final inspection.
It is very stressful when you have to move in the military. You meet alot of great people and then after 2- 5 years you have to move away from them. It doesnt matter how smooth they say the pack outs ect are there are always problems. The help of close friends and family makes things much smoother.
I know there are other people that have helped me out in past or what ever and I want you to know your not for gotten just alot on my mind. If any WS member ever needs a place to stay or needs a break my door is always open. I will miss all you guys and hope to see all of you again. Take care of each other and keep your tires smokin

Anytime Phil, thats what friends are for. I know how it is to be living on the ship with no family around. The boys and Evy enjoyed your company too. I'll be hitting you up when we get to Washington. I will be there the end of January.

Phil, I want to thank you for everything you have done for WickedStangs. Your joy for drag racing, your dedication to events and most of all your friendship will be truely missed. Unfortunately, the military life is not an easy road but good friends like Donna and Albert is what keeps us all going. Take care of you and the family and hopefully we will meet again soon.

It was cool hangin' out and talking trash to each other :) We'll see you in the forum and hopefully in Diego again before too long, but I understand that you now have anew chapter to get started and we wish you nothing but the best. Don't forget that the cell phone still works once and a while.....Eric

it yet. They where afraid to put it on truck but its still in route. I cant wait to change gears to 4:56 and tear up some back roads and local tracks!!! WickedStang style!!!!

I want to say thanks to all of those who kidnapped me my last night in San Diego. It was nice getting together once again and enjoy some good food and some Starbucks. Thoses of you who didnt make it missed out.

I am very excited about getting settled and getting the new chapter up and running. Will be nice to try to find a group as great as the central Valley chapter, and the Diego chapter. I am sure after a few cruise nights and trips to the track it will work out. I just need to find a place to get some banners made till the Whibey chapter gets here. I have a line on shirts already and just need to look into business cards. I will miss all of you and again thank you to each and everyone of you!!!!

Careful on those backroads. WSP and the county cops around here are ****ing nuts. 5 over is a ticket, and your military id won't get you any sympathy. People stick to the speed limit around here for a reason.

I remember when I was stationed in Everett I had to go to CC school on Whidbey and I got pulled over for speeding on the way home. Man 55 gonna suck I was going 65 on the hwy today and it seemed freakin slow. I'm gonna hate it but should save on gas. LOL

Dude, I wish Ethan would have told me when he called me about going to Starbucks. He didn't tell me it was for you, I thought it was just some random thing. I didn't even think it was for you since you said you were working the whole weekend. If I knew I would have skipped the football game and went out there. Damn, so sorry to miss it and miss saying bye to you. DAMNIT!!!!!

If you're bored, google the North Cascade Loop, i think it'd be a badass club run. Its about 350 miles, all through the mountains, we can stop in leavenworth and eat and such. Beautiful scenery. Wifey and I took the L on it before i deployed.
