headlight restoration

I decided today to take some time and restore my front headlights since everyone likes to give me shit about my old yellow headlights. For some reason i dont want to spend the money for new headlights, I'm some what attached to the stock ones since my HID bulbs penetrate right thru the lens anyways.
right side is what the lens use to look like. left is what I did today.

what the headlights look like on the car after resto.


what do u guys think? do i still need new lights?

Those lights look great. I would not waste my money on lights right now; go for the suspension!!!

Did you. Ge a kit? Or did you just sand them down?

i got some 1500 and 2000 grit wet and sand paper from my uncles body shop and buffed then waxed it with material i have here. it was kinda easy.
