Hello. New to the club. I have a 2012 5.0 GT that is lightly modified, and I have plans for more mods as the bucks become available. This is my second S197 - I had a 2008 GT/CS.

I've only done a few things to the Red Pony since I got it. Put a Stack Racing Shock Tower Brace in the engine compartment (and, yes, I did notice a difference in handling), Flowmaster Hushpower axle-backs, and window tinting. I custom ordered the car with the hood scoop and wing as well, single-striped seats, nav system, manual MT-82 and -- the fun one -- 3.73 gears in the rear! I didn't order any upgraded wheels, so for now it has the factory 18's on it, but once the tires wear, I've got a set of wheels and tires in mind. Also may drop it an inch just to tighten up the wheel-well gap, and will probably do a CAI and maybe a tune someday. Pipe dream is a blower or turbo after the warranty runs out; got a while to think that one over. And of course, if a forced air system finds its way into the car, I'll have to work on the binders also (Wilwood or Brembo). Also, a bit of concern with the MT-82 being enough trans to handle much more power. But, as for now, that 5.0 is just a dream of an engine, and thrills everyone who goes for a ride!
