How do I run all 4 Front Lights? 2006 Mustang GT

I have a 2006 Mustang GT. My outside lights are my low's and middle lights/grill lights are highs/fog lights. How can I wire them to all run at the same time. Is there some sort of kit for this? Its my understanding that some GT models came set up to run all 4 lights at the same time. I would like to do the same at minimal cost without jeopardizing any type of electrical problems. Any advice would be helpful. I currently reside in Los Angeles. Just separated from the Navy. Last duty station was Miramar, CA.
