Aloha Fellow Mustang Enthusiasts!
My name is Josh, I have had a love for Mustangs for as long as I can remember. What sealed the deal for me was when I moved to transfer High Schools, I remember passing a murdered out New Edge. From that day on I knew that a New Edge Mustang was definitely a must. Pulled the trigger not too long ago on my 2004 Mustang GT Premium Vert and started gutting her to my liking after that first drive home.
Here are some pics of my baby as she sat a couple days ago, I am almost done with the newest of the phases, but let me tell you... she has seen a million different set ups.
I know i am only in my mid 20's but I will never let anyone else touch my car. Everything from the painting, to the cam install I have done myself. I am not a mechanic by any means, but I love the living piss out of my car, and will gladly learn something a first time. If I mess up, at least I learned something in the process.
onto the pictures.
First upgrades:
Termi Spoiler
Mach 1 Chin
Mach 1 Grill Delete
Pioneer PB8000 Head unit
Pro 5.0 Shortie
2% Window Tint
2nd Phase
Tinted Tails
Pro Stars 15x10
Suspension Overhaul
3rd Phase (Operation Bronze)
Bronzed Badges
Bronzed 99-01 Cobra Wheels
4th Phase (Operation Restore Black Beauty)
After seeing that picture I had taken really fast with the bronze wheels outside, I noticed how truly unhealthy the Paint looked. Not for long I said, back to sexy I said
Before:
After:
5th Phase (Murdered)
03-04 Cobra Wheels (staggered 17x9/17x11)
6th Phase (Operation Blue)
Custom Blue Housed Headlights
Blue Anodized Lugs
Blue Anodized Badges
Blue Anodized Centercaps
Cool Blue Headlight Bulbs
7th Phase (Operation Plasti Dip)
Plasti Dipped whole car
Added Flat White Striped on Top of the Plastidip
Yup I even Striped the Interior
7th Phase (Operation Graffiti)
The plastidip just wasn't enough
This was all done by yours truly with just a sharpie marker.
(Figured, with the cost of plastidip being a whopping 7 bucks a can, i spend $14 on paint, and $125 on the hood. Why not?)
Laid the new stripes on the hood
What better to go with the car, than some extremely staggered 20" Show wheels... Sorry Chrome, you just wont do!
8th Phase (Project I hate the Police and had to Peel the Stripes... Never even got to finish )
9th Phase (Play with more Plastidip (Yellow and Black))
Current Phase (SHINE SHINE SHINE) (in progress)
Chrome Saleens (Staggered 18x9/18x10.5)
and an exhaust video for fun
