problems bleeding brakes.

i got a bbk back in november but have been having one issue after another with it and after finally having it in my hands and trying to install it with some buddies have ran into a snag and hoping you guys could help out as i am at my wits end. the fronts are stoptech calipers and have 2 bleeder screws, 1 on the outside and 1 on the inside. when i bleed the outside passenger bleeder the pressure causes the inside one to pop open the rubber grommet, even though its closed. i have tried screwing everything down, at which point, no fluid should come out anywhere but still when i press the brake pedal, the bleeder on the inside pops the grommet and sprays fluid everywhere. havent installed the driver side yet. what gives? i had a powdercoat shop dissamble/reassemble the calipers so im thinking maybe there is a leaking seal on the inside? please help as i havent driven my car in 4 weeks and getting antsy going through withdrawls.

Not sure about the dual bleeders but are you trying to bleed them with the car running? I would do the initial bleed with the engine off. See if that helps.

Well if the bleeders are squirting out fluid after being tightened down (I.e. Closed) I would remove the bleeders, Inspect the bleeder ports where they install and if the machined surface where the bottom of the bleeder valve contacts and seals are ok, Inspect the bleeder valves themselves for defects.

sorry about the late reply...the drunkfatguy got it on the head lol..apparently there were some burrs by the bleeder port opening that were preventing a good seal..had them machined off and flushed the bleeder port. that seemed to do the trick. now the problem is keeping the wheels clean from all the brake dust lol
