Hi all,
Was surfing the interweb killing time and ran across the club members at The Mustang Shop's customer cars area. I enjoyed that fact that there were active people in my area (Silverdale, Wa) so i decided to take a look. Everything I have found so far has been real encouraging and I can't wait to get a Mustang again. I am active duty navy and I have a wife and a little boy who also loves cars. Thanks

Glad you found us. I am in Oak Harbor, Phil is in your area. Keep looking for that stang. You can still come hang out even though you don't have one yet. We all like to get together and hang out, if it's a car show, bbq or even just to take a cruise. You will find alot of cool people out here and on the site. There is a car show here in Oak Harbor this Saturday, you should see about comming out. Bring the wife and kid. Alot of us are married and have kids, they come out too for the fun..

Yeah its a real nice drive out there and we went to fort casey over the summer. I'll talk to the wife and see if we have anything else going on. I know i won't have duty atleast. Because that is what today is.

Welcome to Wicked Stangs. The Washington chapter's guys are real nice and they are pretty much all military. Meet the guys there and ask any questions you have and post them up here. There's enough gearheads on here that will at least point you in the right directions or give you an honest opinion.

Thanks. i am sure that I will have plenty of questions to ask once I find a pony i am interested in. Most of them will be how to stuff the mark viii dohc motor into the new (well new to me)mustang.

We stuffed one into our race car, so there are threads posted on here for it. But we definitely have experiences with that.
