Wheel Adapter

Alright I have a question for you all. I think I have it figured out but just asking to see what feedback I get.

I received today a free set of wheels and tires. Very nice, and I think they'll look great on the stang. Front are 235/35/19 and back are 265/35/19.

However, the bolt pattern is 5x120. Came off an 02 BMW 325i. And I know my bolt pattern is 5x114.3

I found these adapters on eBay. Would this be all to convert it over?

i would assume the adaper/ spacer would be all that is needed but i think they might stick out a little too much

not replying because that would be a safety issue Not sure what to say. Wheels look a little beat up in the pics.. What happened???

Well the back are 265/35 plus the 1.25" adapter would put the width at about 295mm. Im not worried on the back but the front might be a little close

They look beat up just because they're super dirty and haven't cleaned them up yet.
