I know this thread is a year old. That being said if any board eligible need help putting together their package or any PO1 and below needs any help with guidance or mentoring let me know. There are a couple OLD salts in this club also willing to help and mentor. For packages every Chief is going to tell you what worked for them. In the end it's whats i the precepts and a little bit of sea stories to get you there, it all helps.
