It took about 3 hours. It was rainy from San Diego to about Oceanside. Roads were wet up to LA dry after that. Everybody have a safe trip.

At Willow Springs with 2k7gtcs, northerncountry, and boats. It is cold! 47* and a 23 mph wind. Windchill at 39*. But the sky is clear and blue.

well guys day 1 is in the books, the fast time for Wicked Impact is 1:33.7. I do however having binding somewhere in the drive line. Frusterating but I was on par with most of the fast guys. Danny took many pics and I have a couple vids.

Good people + fast cars = great times. Thanks for the ride in beast 5.0(my name for your ride). Can't wait to see the pics and will have to get the video from you.

This track was fun. It sucked for most of the day as I had to learn it and i was sliding all over the place. I had the worst times on the track all day until my last run. All of a sudden it just clicked! The lines and braking points were clear and I saw the light. I went from a lap worst of 156 to my best of 138.267 I am happy with that time considering it was my first time running this track and the troubles I had sticking to the track with the tires I ran. With an upgraded suspension and a dedicated set of road race tires I am confident this track is i the record books on my list of times. I can't wait to get back here and get it done. I'll have the car ready next time. I also blew the CAI off on the last run. Scared me a bit as I exited the track the car died and when I restarted my dash was lit up like the space shuttles cockpit!! but after inspection in the pits this discovery brought me down to earth.
