I like Paul's ideas on this, but I think in order for this to be successful we would have to have a better turnout than we did last time. I.E. participants other than Wickedstangs members.

I think the weather contributed to a lot to the turnouts. This time should be better weather and better turnout.

All great ideas and yes we need to level the playing feild a little, but I dont want to base the racing just on reaction time; the car changes. Setups can be adjusted and the cars can become faster as the day progresses. Not everyone can dial in their car in just three passes for the day. I think we need to bring all these ideas together at a meeting specifically for this event.

I think we need to have a pre-registration date set. If we charge a small entry fee and have people sign up and pay in advance we are less likely to have so many people flaking out at the last minute. We should make it non-refundable and if someone still flakes, money goes towards the race car and or the site.

Just a thought.

Its pretty much is. Don just told me the wrong day. He told me 20th and 21st, instead of 21st and 22nd. Don't think he meant for Thursday and Friday. LOL!

I'll call just to clarify that's what he meant. I'm sure that's what it was.
