Here is an update on project Overhaulin! Well let me start by saying I'm pissed because I left work early today to try and get my front suspension put together and when I got home and opened my package the A-arms were missing 1 rod end on each arm. Therefore I couldn't bolt them up! I called AJE and they said they are going to try and find the parts and express ship them WTF!

Anyway what I did do is take all of the old suspension off, wheels are off and sold, Weld Prostar 15x4's and 15x10's are on the way with ET streets out back and skinnies in front. Dumps will be welded on mufflers tomorrow at work. I have alot of work to do and I'm getting a little stressed with less than a month until Funford weekend! Anyway here is some progress and parts that arrived...........

update........Today I worked a little on whatever I could. I swapped out the rear suspension. Put in the rear struts and lower control arms. While I was doing the install I noticed that the rear end housing bushings were thrashed, so I ordered some spherical bushings and adjustable upper control arms.

I also put in the coil overs up front. They are just hanging there since I have nothing to bolt them to. I took my brakes apart at work and blasted and painted them. I will be pressing in the 3" studs on monday and then I'll put them back together. Taking them apart prompted mye to buying some new summit racing rotors and ceramic brake shoes.

While all of this was going on the UPS truck showed up with my wheels and tires, so I took them to Big O tires and had them mounted and balanced. More updates coming stay tuned................

Slow at this point is anything above 7's in the 1/8th mi. This car has never even seen the track, so I have no baseline to go off of.
